Our team
First immigrants, then therapists — we combine what matters most.

Marta Dziekońska
(She/her)
I am a psychologist and therapist in the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach. I specialize in working with stress, uncertainty, and changes.
I help regain trust in oneself and a sense of control over what happens. Turning self-doubt into self-acceptance.

Natalia Przybyszewska
(She/her)
I believe therapy is a unique encounter between two people, where deeply meaningful things can unfold. A genuine curiosity about others, a willingness to support change, and an open, authentic presence are the values that guide me in my work. I continue to train in various therapeutic approaches so I can tailor each process to the individual needs of my clients.

Marysia Sikorska
(She/her)
I believe that each of us holds a potential waiting to be discovered – my goal is to help people live with more lightness and closer to themselves. I see every person as a unique whole, with their own desires and challenges. In my work, I connect patterns that may not be obvious at first glance, helping uncover parts of the self that have yet to be revealed.
About us
We are a team of psychologists united by a passion for working with people and travel. We have experience living abroad, so we understand the challenges faced by those who choose immigration or digital nomadism. We believe that taking care of our mental health is not only about working on oneself during psychotherapy, but also about changing our daily lives, which is inseparably linked to taking care of our community and the planet we live on. After work, we pet our furry friends, nurture our passions, and act in the name of what is important to us.
