Experience and Philosophy of Work
I believe that each of us holds a potential waiting to be discovered – my goal is to help people live with more ease and in closer connection with themselves. I see every person as a unique whole, with their own desires and challenges. In my work, I connect patterns that may not be obvious at first glance, helping uncover parts of the self that have yet to come to light.
I help people:
- Find their path when they feel lost or misunderstood
- Navigate existential and relationship crises
- Make peace with perfectionism and turn it into a strength
- Adjust to new situations, places, or relationships
- Discover sources of joy and fulfillment in everyday life
I listen carefully to my clients’ stories, noticing new possibilities and perspectives — even when things seem hopeless.
I hold a postgraduate degree in clinical sexology, and I gained experience, among other places, in a Youth Day Unit, where I led personal development workshops as well as mindfulness and emotional regulation sessions.
I’m especially passionate about working with people navigating life in an international context — including expats in Poland, Poles living abroad, and individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
“Life is change — and change means setting out into unfamiliar waters. Sometimes we face storms, and other times we drift calmly with the current.”
In my office, you’re free to be yourself — regardless of your past, where you come from, how you identify, or who you love. My own journey through Spain, the US, Cyprus, and various cities in Poland taught me that sometimes moving to a new city can be more challenging than relocating halfway across the world. The baggage of our experiences follows us — whether we’re walking along sandy beaches or navigating concrete urban jungles.
I create space for all emotions, thoughts, and experiences — exactly as they are in the moment, without judgment, with full openness and empathetic attention. I offer therapy in both Polish and English, allowing my clients to express themselves in the language that feels closest to their heart.
In my practice, I integrate elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy with third-wave approaches — especially mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
I’m currently enrolled in a four-year cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy training program at Inter Ego Center for Cognitive and Schema Therapy. I’ve also gone through my own CBT-based therapy and openly speak about the value of seeking support — that experience has enriched me both as a person and as a therapist. I regularly take part in supervision with Dr. Natalia Liszewska, as a therapist’s ongoing development is the foundation of effective care.
