Experience and work philosophy
I am a psychologist and provide psychotherapy sessions using behavioral approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My specialization is in working with anxiety, uncertainty, and life transitions, including nomadism and immigration. I help clients regain trust in themselves and a sense of control over what happens in their lives, turning self-doubt into self-acceptance.
I believe that the path to a meaningful life does not lie in eliminating difficulty, but in recognizing that sometimes we are the ones standing in our own way, and offering love to the hardest parts of ourselves to accept.
In both my life and my work, respecting the freedom of others is of utmost importance to me. I am deeply curious about the world, non-judgmental towards others, endlessly enthusiastic about expanding my own horizons, and committed to honest communication.
In my practice, I use a combination of humanistic and behavioral approaches. Beyond ACT, I draw from Motivational Interviewing, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Adventure Therapy. All methods I use are evidence-based.
In our sessions, I not only encourage reflection but also engage clients in body work, therapeutic writing, and invite experimentation to test their beliefs.
I have undergone 3 years of personal therapy. I am currently completing comprehensive therapeutic training at the School of Behavioral Therapy and work under regular supervision with Dr. Natalia Liszewska. I am constantly learning and continuing my education to feed my curiosity.
